Completely original 59 Esquire Custom Double Bound First Year of issue

This is much more rare than the Telecaster Custom because by the time you paid for the double binding you probably went with a neck pickup as well.

The only non-original item is a replaced string T otherwise it is completely original with the original tweed case.
It you look closely at the neck plate you can see original sawdust as I was the first to turn a neck screw.
I did not take the neck off because it did not want to budge with normal pressure.
Since there is no neck date on this (common for 59) I made an executive decision that I would not risk cracking or chipping the binding. BB
The new owner may do this.
I can guarantee that this is the original neck
