Great Howl Great Vibe
Repro Tuners Original are in the case
OK every one calm down
I listed this as a 57 because it was the last serial number.
We all know that this has 1955 appointments
My assessment is that this went back to Gibson in 1957 for a repair.
I believe that the pickup was replaced because the pots are dated 1955 and there
is a bumble bee cap.
The bumble bee cap was not used until around 1957
So in summary I believe they replaced the pickup, changed the cap to the current
one and re -stamped it 1957 Yellow Ink.
Kind of cool like an upside down airplane stamp.
How about the tone on this one?
